By now, everyone knows that their business needs to be on social media (no matter how well-known or successful you already are)! This monthly done-for-you service covers everything from A to Z for Instagram and Linkedin.

  • Discovery call: Get to know each other and determine which platforms work best for your biz based on your goals and where your target audience hangs out

    Monthly calendar: At least three unique posts (including one video) per week with optimized captions and hashtags

    End-of-month metrics report: Monthly meeting about what’s been working, what’s not, and how to tailor next month’s calendar based on my insights report

    Community engagement: Respond to all comments and DMs, send manual welcome messages to new followers, and 30 minutes of outbound engagement each week. Plus, increase followers through IG story liking and following.

    Optimized bio: Keyword-rich profile to expand your account’s reach

    IG Stories: One set of three IG stories per week.

    Instagram or LinkedIn: $1,150 per month: (3 posts per week including at least one video and all of the inclusions above)

Social media creation and management can only get you so far. Outbound engagement, like commenting on other people’s posts and engaging with people in your niche/target audience is key to growing your following and building community trust.

Book

Once you sign a contract, you can send me all materials I need related to your service. (Ex: Brand book, photos, login information) I may have you fill out a questionnaire too!

STEP 3

Let’s Roll

An SMM calendar will be sent to you a few days or a week before the month starts for your review and approval.

Blog posts will be posted once a week and website copy depends on your timeline.

How involved do we have to be throughout the process?

You can be as involved or hands-off as you want. My SEO services tend to be pretty hands-off while my social media services tend to be more collaborative. At the start, I’ll ask you for any marketing materials, passwords, imagery, and brand kit that you have. From there, I’ll create your monthly calendar and send it to you for review and edits. Once everything is finalized, you may hear from me every so often about responding to specific DMs, celebrating big wins (like going viral overnight), or just to check in to see how your cat is doing.

Can you help me decide which package is best for me?

Yes! During our discovery call, I’ll have a clear understanding of your goals. I’ll give you my honest opinion about which social media platforms you should utilize. For example, if you don’t have a blog or any content whatsoever, then I’ll tell you that Pinterest is not for you just yet. Or, if you’re looking to be on Instagram but most of your target audience is on Linkedin, I’ll tell it like it is! If I think your business wouldn’t benefit from social media right now and your focus should mainly be on SEO, you can expect full transparency.

Can you do everything A to Z for my social media platforms?

Yep! From creating and managing to community engagement and influencer outreach, you won’t have to lift a finger (unless you want to)!

Do I need to understand SEO to work with you?

Nope! But I’ll be as transparent as possible and share the process with you either way so that you understand why some posts are working while others didn’t perform as well.

Do you offer tech SEO services?

Yes! I work with a freelancer who manages my clients’ tech SEO (which includes page speed, backlinks, 404 errors, redirects, image sizes, HTML tags, and more) while I manage on-page SEO (which includes writing blog posts and website copy). Inquire about tech SEO, a recommended add-on service!

Are you able to write in my brand tone of voice?

Yes! I’ve written hundreds of articles for dozens of different publications and brands.

If you have a brand guidelines book, that always helps! If you’re a service provider, then I’ll ask you to fill out a questionnaire and get on a call to learn all about you.
